Low cost hotel with very, very nice staff from the night shift. Beautifully maintained, modern rooms on the upper floors. Favourable and unbeatable location of the property, just off a fish market as well as accessible to all. For tea or coffee visit Arman Cafe nearby.

Booked a room on the upper floors. We booked it for usd 270. Close to a subway station, the location was excellent and convenient, on the green area. We stayed for 5 nights here, loved Deira district.

Excellent and wonderful location for visiting nightclubs and restaurants. Well furnished and brand-new room and bathroom with a bath. Early check-in, late check-out.
